2. Contact Form

If you use the contact form on this site, the information you submit (name, email, message) is sent directly to the site owner by email and is not stored in any database. It is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. 3. Analytics — Plausible

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, GDPR-compliant analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites or devices. Only aggregate, anonymized statistics are collected (e.g., page views, referral sources, browser type). Plausible is self-hosted on a server within the EU. No data is shared with third parties. For details, see Plausible's Privacy Policy.

4. Cloudflare (CDN & Security)

This website is served through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which acts as a reverse proxy providing content delivery, DDoS protection, and security services. As part of this service, Cloudflare processes IP addresses, HTTP request metadata, and other network-level data on our behalf under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and performant website delivery. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Analytics (Plausible) are self-hosted on server infrastructure hosted in Germany (Hetzner) and collect no personal data. We do not store any personal user data on this site.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of any personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact contact@amawi.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
